Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All my jewellery comes packaged in its own pretty cardboard gift box ready for gift giving. It will arrive cleaned and polished, individually packed in a little plastic baggie, or velvet pouch. I include a business card and information about the artist (me!) so that whomever receives the gift knows it's handmade and from the heart! Unless noted in the individual item description, each item I have photographed is the actual jewellery item you will receive. My jewellery is ready to be shipped as soon as I receive payment (with the exception of custom or made to order items) and will be in the mail within 1 - 3 days.
Canadian Orders
All orders are shipped with Canada Post and include a tracking number. Orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery. If you require a special shipping circumstance please email me directly for arrangements.
Local Pickup Option
If you choose the "Free Local Pickup" option we will need to schedule a time/ day that is convenient for both of us. My studio is not open to the public so pick up will be at a local coffee shop, of my choice, in NW Calgary. Please email after your purchase with a few day/ time options that work for you, and I will do my best to be accommodating. I am happy to meet up with you in person!
US Orders
I am shipping to the US, through Canada Post and packages include tracking and insurance. Included in the shipping charge will be the US 35% tariff along with processing and clearance fees, which will be pre-paid before the package leaves Canada. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
International Orders
I am happy to ship world wide, please reach out!
International customers please be aware that you will be required to pay any taxes, duties and customs fees which may apply to your respective countries.
Return & Exchange Policy
As a one women shop, I not only design and create every single piece of jewellery. I also carefully package it up before I ship it out. Each piece passes my own extremely high standards for quality and craftsmanship. I put a lot of time and care into writing accurate detailed descriptions alongside clear photos on variety of backgrounds and angles to ensure you will receive exactly what you expect!
I am happy to exchange your jewellery within 30 days, and only accept returns for store credit on a case by case basis. It is important to me that you enjoy wearing your jewellery as much as I enjoyed making it, and will do my best to see that you are happy with your purchase!
Return shipping is is the responsibility of the customer, as is any fees required by customs. I will cover the shipping costs back.
