Oak Leaf Pendant // One of a Kind

♢ Solid .925 recycled sterling silver 

♢ The leaf is created in Metal clay, which is made up of tiny recycled sterling silver metal particles mixed with and organic clay like binder. It can be sculpted, molded, and formed however I want. For this design I used a real leaf from my garden to create a reusable mold and capture the gorgeous texture of the leaf. I press the clay into the mold and do some hand finishing. After the designs dry 100% into my kiln for a two-part firing process. The clay reaches 1500℉ for about an hour and the organic binder burns completely away leaving a solid sterling silver mini sculpture in its place. 

♢ I've included two rings for the loop for the chain and a little tag on the bag that is stamped .925 and my trademarked MP

♢ Oak trees are full of symbolism throughout history have been used to symbolize strength, endurance and wisdom.

♢ Gardening is my biggest inspiration—it pulls me in with all its little details and layers of meaning that seem to bloom everywhere. As a metalsmith and jewellery designer, I love taking those moments and turning them into something lasting, like sterling silver. Unlike flowers, jewellery doesn’t fade, and each piece becomes its own tiny treasure box, holding memories forever.

 ♢ Your choice of sterling silver chain in 16”, 18” or 20" length. Choose from three different styles: snake, satellite or link. Pictured is the 18" snake chain style on the model. 

♢ This item is all ready made and ready to ship, I will get it in the mail within 1-3 business days. 

♢ I securely package all my jewellery in thin cardboard jewellery boxes, placed inside of a padded envelope or larger box for shipping.
