This is my signature "Pea Pod Pendant", the first design that started my whole collection. Created in solid sterling silver I was inspired by my own backyard garden, to create an elegant design. It features a "hidden" bail on the back, maintaining the streamlined minimalist design.

♢ This is my signature pea pod design originally constructed in sterling silver. By creating a mold and having it cast also in solid sterling silver I have the ability to share it with more people, like you! I hand finish each pendant myself, filing away rough and uneven spots and finally polishing the surface to a bright shine.♢ I love gardening -- it is my biggest source of inspiration. I am drawn into all the little details and symbolism literally blooming all around me. As a metalsmith and jewellery design I am fascinated with capturing the moment and transforming it into sterling silver.
♢ Seeds and seed pods are a prominent element in my designs. The seed represents hope, perseverance, and potential. It is a symbol of encouragement and I find myself designing over and over again with seed imagery.
♢ This pendant is special because it is the very first in my "Garden Contour Line" collection. The pieces in this collection are like a series of line drawings - distilled and simplified to show off the elegance and natural beauty of the world around us in a minimalist way.♢ The pendant is 6.5 cm x 2 cm in size (approx 2 1/2" x 3/4") It looks great as a statement pendant worn on a regular length chain and has enough presence to be worn on a longer chain.
